Have Qibo provide feature to measure various properties of qubits and other quantum devices, such as their states, coherence times, and gate fidelity?

You might want to refer to the emulator branch which is also being merged to run your benchmarks if you don't have a remote access to a quantum device https://github.com/qiboteam/qibolab/pull/849
