Updating README badges #105

Hi @rodolfocarobene,

following https://github.com/qiboteam/qibolab/pull/788 we have decided to change a bit the README (mostly using different badges) for all our qibo repositories. Let me know if you like it.

To me, looks fine. However, I think I would leave also the link to the latest documentation.
