Data Corruption: Single bad points in CRESIS 2002_Antarctica_P3chile positioning data

It seems like every flight in this campaign has at least one bad lat/lon value.

Here's the list of affected granules:

I saw this problem in the matlab files hosted on data.kansas.ku.edu, in the CSARP_standard product.

For now, I've added filtering that removes these outliers when generating the index layer, since they were making the maps ugly.

However, I'm still hoping that the data providers will fix it on their end ... so I'm leaving this open for now.
