What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the uploaded document in open office 4.1
2. Open Document docx with office writer
3. The position of images header are bad and title was moved

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I can open docx with images header well.  The images header should be 
positioned well.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Open Office 4.1.1 / Windows 7
