Correct link-report.xml gets overridden when "mvn test" is run #117

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. "mvn compile" a project with unit tests and
<linkReport>true</linkReport>. The report is fine.

2. Running "mvn test" overrides the link-report and replaces it with the
link-report of test.swf

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
