put failOnTestFailure as option #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create some unit tests
2. mvn site
3. If some tests fails, build fails

Please provide any additional information below.
Needed failOnTestFailure property in configuration

P.S. (I saw it checks in FlexUnitMojo.java, but its value(true) is
hardcoded), so i want set this property from configuration.
