That's an argument. In Flex Builder it might rarely happen that you
launch the TestRunner.swf manually and need the maven.cfg. I think
this use case does practically not exist with maven built
TestRunner.swfs. Hence, I'd prefer to delete the file. But hey, after
all I don't care too much.

Yes and it's also documented "Each path can be an individual SWF file,
HTML file, or directory", see link to doc in older posts.
