Add octave quantization with expanded range

This would involve quantizing just the slider (not the CV) to 1v increments, and setting slider range to 5v.

Difficulties:

• This quantization mode would work differently than the others, so seems strange to lump with them. But if not that, where to put it?
• How would this mode be represented given that the other scales already use the four distinguishable colors?
• Would need to add an extra bit of memory for each segment.
