Link to download full mapping file #106

The system should provide a link to the full mapping file. Currently, if you want to download the mapping file you need to create/run a meta-analysis, what is not the most convenient.

Once the study is public, the mapping file is available with the raw seq data on the front page.

What about when is private and the person doing the analysis wants to download the verified full mapping file?
