Cannot create full OTU table from the database #380

A traceback about duplicate observations is thrown. @adamrp can you post the screen shot?

What study does this refer to?

No single study in particular -- Daniel and I were trying to get the OTU table and mapping file for every study in the database that has sequences.

@rob-knight was able to recreate accidentally as well. The sample he triggered, as well as the one @adamrp and I triggered appear to be associated with study 1037 and have duplicate otu_run_set_ids.

Do you happen to have the name of that study so I can exclude it from the analysis I'm trying to run at the moment? Thanks.

I think this is a database issue.. there should be no more than one sample with that name.... Gail
