suggestion: validate other text files like FastqManifest format #106

Addition Description forum users have issues validating their various *FastqManifest* files.

Current Behavior Keemei is used to validate flat text metadata...

Proposed Behavior ... and I suggest we extend it to validate other flat text files people use with QIIME 2.
