investigate using Sheet's validation UI instead of notes #30

If we can get this to work, Keemei will be less intrusive because it won't have to modify cells' notes.

Tested this out and in theory it works. However, I couldn't find a way to insert line breaks into the help text for a cell. This is really important because a cell's help text may have several messages which need to be visually separate from one another.
