This should be installable in a single command as a conda package. A fix will include:

[ ] the packaging and distribution stuff
[ ] automating the setup of tab-completion via Makefile (like q2cli does) - described inline
[ ] updating the README install docs
[ ] updating the install docs on Library and if it's still time-relevant, the announcement forum post
