Update denoise-paired document from minimum overlap 20 > 12nt #123

The dada2 denoise-paired documentation currently reads:

After this parameter is applied there must
                         still be at least a 20 nucleotide overlap between the
                         forward and reverse reads.

While the new default minoverlap in dada2 is 12 (and has been I believe for the last couple of versions. Just needs to be updated. Also probably need to update the error message too.
