Make bar widths in taxa barplot adjustable #123

Addresses #99. Screenshots of this in practice:

There are a few weird interactions that I'd like to clean up (e.g. if you filter the visible taxa by clicking on the plot legend, those changes get reset when the plot is re-rendered due to changing the bar widths)—but I think I can tidy these up in time for whenever the next Q2 release is.
