This PR adds an initial heatmap refactor based on q2-fmt's plot-heatmap functionality

This PR does not contain unit tests, as that is still under discussion as to how to add comprehensive testing on a visualizer. We are merging this as a first pass, and have shown a proof of concept on two separate inputs - a PEDS GroupDist and a Group Timepoints GroupDist.
