TEST: adds selenium testing & usage examples for scatterplot #33

this PR adds a selenium test suite that checks the following:

expected measure drop downs
mark location
correct axis labels
correct legend group

two usage examples have also been added - more for user aide than actual testing.

~~note to myself: i should update the marks assertions to include all elements and assert the length is what i expect for a particular dataset.~~ done

Hey @Oddant1 sorry for the gross commit history - I rebased backwards with heatmap stuff, but fixed the diff with a merge commit. So you can just ignore that slew of heatmap related commits.
