show zip code field only when

What steps will reproduce the problem?
2. I would like user to only be able to see zip code field, if country or state 
has been filled in and accepted.
3.Ive adjusted the search box to the left. so the zip code will push the search 
box to the right(like it is now)

if no location has been set, zip code fields wont appear on homepage, and the 
design will look like attachment.

if this isnt possible, let me know of a solution..
