IE9 and 10 - Sub Pages are not changed in Employer view #171

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in using IE9/IE10
2. Try to navigate through the subpages from Employer view
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The sub pages are not displayed when clicking on the different views from that 
page

i tested in IE-10 and IE-9 and its working here.

i tested in ie8
using opera/12345
in worker view, it doesnt happen only in employer view
