What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
Go to Invite to bid page > Other user field has no autocomplete dropdown.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
add functionality

I have 4 projects under the username: automax/lancia123

However I get the following message, screenshot attached.

Please also provide screenshot when setting status to Fixed.
So that I know you have checked your work.
