We have two search fields #230

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. login as automax/lancia123
2. Go to Employer view 
There is the top field where you can search for all projects.
This is confusing for worker view, but we can keep for other sections such as 
manage account page, etc, etc

3. The text also appears to be overlapping

Removed the project search list from buyer

For project title overlapping fixed the title to some character length.
