build local cdn

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. build local cdn as discussed
maintain ability to work on files, without have to make changes on the cdn 
server.

Hi Jon, I need a subdomain like cdn.tradiechoice.com , where I can put the 
content that will use as CDN content. This will make 2 times faster of your 
site. Because in a single domain only 8 request can handle at a time. If we use 
CDN then it will get almost twice speed.

Hi Jon,

Please make http://cdn.tradiechoice.com is same as 
http://test.tradiechoice.com/ . Because we are using local CDN. The 
configuration is just same directory using 2 subdomain. I dont need 2 copy, I 
just need same directory access using 2 subdomain.

I will write CDN instruction for other developer. But I need this before. Not 
so hurry. I have already configured main CDN function. When you get time you 
can do this. :)

Note: Your site is now more faster. You can check this yourself. Only first 
time visit you will get slow. Then just boost.
