[BUG] TOF in acquire instructions. #711

Expected behavior

We need to incorporate a time of flight in the acquire instruction for the new qblox firmware instruments.

Actual behavior

Time of flight is missing. We have to incorporate a hardcoded Wait instruction until this is implemented properly.
