This is Mugen's standard 16:9 full screen, and considering smooth cross platform compatibility, the engine also recommends using 16:9 full screen.

This engine will not add Mugen's stretching effect because stretching will flatten the character, resulting in poor performance.

This engine can be used in other proportions of full screen, which is what you want, but the most troublesome thing is that you need to change each stage def file, and when you move it to the computer, it becomes not full screen, so it is not recommended. If you really want it, the built-in tutorial teaches you.
