1, I don't understand which type of full screen you're referring to. Please take a screenshot of your screen and show it to me.
2, I don't understand the problem you're facing. Please record a video for me to see.
This is Mugen's standard 16:9 full screen, and considering smooth cross platform compatibility, the engine also recommends using 16:9 full screen.
This engine will not add Mugen's stretching effect because stretching will flatten the character, resulting in poor performance.
This engine can be used in other proportions of full screen, which is what you want, but the most troublesome thing is that you need to change each stage def file, and when you move it to the computer, it becomes not full screen, so it is not recommended. If you really want it, the built-in tutorial teaches you.

Hi,author I'm am very grateful for that you have blessed me with this app,I got to enjoy playing Mugen at 60fps on my helio g96 which is impossible if Im emulating Mugen on winlator, exagear both PC emulator for android. And yes I have read some of your replies and I been thinking why not full screen? But then I saw your replies about it.it does look ugly when you force full screen in Exagear or in any PC emulator for android when you force full screen the screenpack looks ugly the text become wider ,pixelated and more importantly the character itself become wider, smaller.I got questions. Many questions actually but I ask the important ones.Im pretty sure the crashing issue is related to phone ram because all the characters data were stored in the ram and it's depends on how big the character full size is.Like my roster it usually one character size goes up to 200mb+ and some 100mb and some around 50-70mb.I looked at main.cfg I put player cache to 0 because I know if I put number greater than 0 like even 1 it's probably going to crash especially if you have low ram and my phone only 4 but it's not even actually 4gb ram the available only somewhere 1gb.At first when it keep crashing I just thought it has something to do with newer android 13 but maybe it's because of this. Now the questions is is that true?. Second more like a request if possible can you add feature when don't load anything at all like only load when playing with a characters and after leaving to select screen remove the loaded characters data from the ram to avoid crashing.I know at a cause of slower loading but I would rather have slow loading than crashing all the time. This exactly the thing that I do on Mugen when playing it using emulator like winlator.I put precache to 0,player cache to 0,Buffered read to 0 at a cause of slow loading with this settings in mugen.cfg I managed to load very heavy characters like 700mb+ yeah and winlator has this ram usage display and I see I only have 300mb available ram left but after I return to select screen I have 1.3gb ram because Mugen removed the 700mb character data. For you information my Mugen roster size is 100gb 1800+ characters. But when using GameDreamFactory it's very limited safe to say only 3 characters 300mb size in total.I hope you consider adding this feature. This app is amazing the performance is absolutely amazing I'm am so impressed extremely smooth especially for this chipset helio g96 a downgraded version 3 years old phone.By the way don't misunderstand that I try to run the 100gb Mugen using GameDreamFactory that just an example that I made when playing real Mugen using PC emulator for android such as Winlator.I deleted the Mugen now due to storage issue. And I was shocked that you didn't have YouTube in your country,I'm sorry for that. Also maybe I shouldn't type this long lol.I hope you understand what I'm trying to say here
It has nothing to do with the Android version, but mainly with the mobile phone manufacturer, because how to restrict the app is decided by the mobile phone manufacturer. Currently, according to feedback from a large number of fans, only Xiaomi and Redmi have relatively loose restrictions on the running memory of the app.
Please update CQJ.Framework.dll, GameDreamFactory.Core.dll, GameDreamFactory.MonoGame.Core.dll, NAudio.dll. When returning to the select screen, Will release running memory.
How to make Mugen full screen?
Another question: why isn't the select button on the controller working?
