lock file API? #11

在列目录和获取文件信息API中给出了locking这一项，目前我看到的所有文件都是False

猜测应该有锁定文件的API？但文档中没有给出

这个API在多个客户端并发修改时可能有用

该API用于锁定文件禁止其他设备更改。 通过lock和unlock控制。
