packet loss/reordering option #66

I would like a client flag to emulate the packet loss functionality of the 
owping tool.

This would do the following:

Send N UDP packets per second for M second, and report the total number of lost 
packets and the number of reordered packets.

Default for N and M above should both be 10.

If this is easy, perhaps it could be done for the 3.0 release.
