The 6.7 is a maintenance release, the objective is make the further development easier and reliable, by drop legacy Ruby support and turn all specs green.

这种缩小支持Ruby版本范围的改动，是不是要升大版本号？

@zjlovezj 因为升级可能会导致 break 用户的项目，所以采取了比较保守的修改 minor 版本号方式。
