在设置中设置了显示网速，但是仍然无法显示

Because macOS Sierra has removed sar, apps use this command to collect system statistics may not work correctly.

macOS 10.14.4 Shadowsocksx-NG-R8 1.4.4 同样在设置中设置了显示网速，也没有显示
