support for more color spaces and bit depths as in Adobe DNG #167

For photography-professionals that store pictures lossless, there are currently
two file-formats to choose from: TIFF and Adobe DNG; both support many color
spaces and various bit depths but have ancient compression techniques. Adobe
DNG, while being lossless, deletes parts such as included thumbnails and
changes other parts so that only Adobe products can decode DNG correctly. So
the wish emerges to have support for more color spaces and bit depths to make
WEBP usable as alternate to Adobe DNG.
It would also be interesting for compression performance, to support the camera
raw image data (mosaic, 1x8 bit, 1x10 bit, 1x12 bit, 1x14 bit or 1x16 bit) as
those need less space as their demosaiced RGB counterparts.

WebP as it currently stands is meant as a final (publishable) format, not an
intermediate format like DNG/TIFF here or ProRes on the video side.
Some of this may therefore be beyond its scope.
