Refactor examples organisation #140

Refactor the examples organisation and consider getting rid of all Makefile in favour of either Bazel or some more appropriate build system

PR comment by @kuzminrobin : In other similar fragments the line ending is || echo "failed!". But here the ending is > ungrouped.ll. That looks suspicious.
