3 years ago A few requirements:
- the library should live in lib/
- should try to be header only
- for each sub-lib with NAME, we expose a suffix-less qcor_NAME header file, users should just include
- nisq kernels are default, no enclosing namespace.
- ftqc kernels should go in ftqc namespace, perhaps wrap with preprocessor ifdefs for if not ftqc
First thoughts on libraries
- common (common kernels, thinking like reset_all(), measure_all(), measure_basis())
- qft
- vqe
- qaoa
- arithmetic
- qpe (phase estimation, build up various strategies like iterative, etc)
- amplitude_amplification
- grover
- anything else we can think of :)
this work should replace qcor_hybrid prototype.
We need to develop a standard library for qcor that is automatically installed when qcor is installed.
