Description

We are currently writing a chapter for the Qiskit Textbook on quantum machine learning. The contents will be:

Introduction
- Parameterized Quantum Circuits
- Data Encoding
- Training Quantum Circuits
Supervised Learning
- Variational Quantum Classification
- Quantum Kernel Estimation
Unsupervised Learning
- Quantum Boltzmann Machines
- Quantum Generative Adversarial Networks

This project is to work on creating the sections for unsupervised learning.

The initial draft for the QGAN chapter is done!
The initial draft for the QBM chapter is also done!
Collaborating with IBM Qiskit Textbook team now to convert jupyter notebook chapters into final webpage with widgets, better design, edited, etc.

Iterate on final deliverable alongside Satireh & et al. from Qiskit textbook product team.

@HuangJunye We didn't have any presentation slides as the chapter preview served that purpose but this is the PR Qiskit/platypus#379
