Good first issues in qiskit-terra #5

Description

Qiskit (Terra in particular) has several bugs tagged as good first issues. These issues are low priority, relatively simple to fix, and they can be a good introduction the Qiskit codebase. This project is about closing as many of those issues as possible.

@TharrmashasthaPV Can you comment on this issue so that I can assign you? Please also work with your mentor to refine the project, define scope and deliverables and update the project description in this issue.
