Issues in Qiskit Tutorials

Description

Qiskit have very nice module known as Qiskit Tutorials which is a documentation of algorithms used in Qiskit and their code base. It also has a set of tutorials of nearly all algorithms in Qiskit.

Deliverables

The project is to work on issues that are reported on the Qiskit tutoritals github repository. There are many issues reported recently which require good amount of time to work on. Although the development of Qiskit tutorials is a flexible project, the specific outcomes have not been predetermined.

Checkpoint 2: Visual Representation: Update: I have read over and reviewed the VQD, QAOA, "VQE with Qiskit Aer Primitives, and Grover's algorithm notebooks. Some of these notebooks do not need any changes making, but I did made a PR to fix some links and a deprecation warning in the VQE page.
