Custom JSON Encoder/Decoder #135

Defined CustomJSONEncoder to serialize quantum objects into JSON.
Defined CustomJSONDecoder to deserialize JSON into quantum objects.
Implemented tests for CustomJSONEncoder and CustomJSONDecoder classes.
