is this site online? where? Why is it not connected to the main qiskit.org website nor the qiskit.camp website? I really wanted to be a part of a qiskit camp.

And we are reaching out in Madrid. You can come and visit us to any of the meetups we are doing with the help of Collisions Projects (join the meetup to stay tuned).
