compile broken #19

  Unable to automatically install 'molecular_data' from '/home/billybob/.julia/packages/ElectronicStructure/Vx7lY/test/Artifacts.toml'
  Stacktrace:
    [1] error(s::String)

I have not changed this path for a while. What is wrong ?

This was due to electronic_structure_data being mysteriously unavailable. I temporarily restored it to the jlapeyre github account. Compiltion seems to be working now.
