Summary

Adds a tutorial to the Cryptography folder explaining Quantum Key Distribution (BB84 protocol).

Details and comments

Adds a Jupyter notebook tutorial explaining the BB84 protocol, as well as an "images" folder to store an image used in the notebook for explanation purposes. Also updates the README to add a short description of the protocol to the list.
