Fix test_data_providers test_yahoo test

Summary

Updated the reference values for the test. As the test notes itself

        # Note: Unit test reference values above seem to need updating periodically as the
        #       data fetched seems to differ slightly presumably due to database being updated and
        #       maybe historical data compressed or something.

Details and comments

Needs to be backported so stable branch passes tests too there.
