For Metal way to scan the options - Syntax to grow past one parameter #184

What is the feature being requested?

Issue #175 is being broken up.
This allows the user to scan multiple options at one time. Can be multi dimension output

What are use cases for this feature?

When a user want to scan a second parameter for each value of a first parameter.

This could be added as a demo within a notebook..
