Update 010-Transmon_floating_teeth.ipynb #687

Here we use the 'Teeth' shape coupled pads and they are only connected to the top pad.

Summary

In this design, we only have teeth shape which ones united to the top pad and one connection pad in between. One can have another connection pad in another position.

From @fgnyilmaz Please replace #687 with #688. #688 is the latest one, some parameters were not correct. I am sorry if I caused any trouble.
