Extension error (sphinx.ext.napoleon) occured since sphinx was updated on pypi #820

What is the current behavior?
The documents stopped to build. Notice that sphinx was released to pypi on June 24th, yesterday.
Steps to reproduce the problem
What is the expected behavior?
For now, just limit the version of sphinx.
