Include EPR in Qiskit Metal codebase. Make the analysis purely functional so that users can use whatever simulation software they would like.
What are use cases for this feature?
Running EPR analysis using the results of any simulation software that provides the requisite classical results (electric and magnetic energies, current across Josephson junction).
