Make Jupiter available for other file types #70

I found Jupiter a very handy tool for our develpment.
But Jupiter cannot review file type like html, js, css, etc.
(I'm wokring on a web project that using ajax + resin server)

Any chance?

Quite alright.  I'm going to merge the other issues into this one and mark this 
one as 
being blocked by Issue 24.  This is the issue I want to fix but time has been a 
little 
short right now and I just haven't figured out how to get the plugin 
configuration to 
do what I want.

Adding in contribution to IFile types.  Known bug: Markers DO NOT work in XML 
Editor.  Will open a 
new issue.
