unable to make call with latest version #199

Hi Experts,
                I have recently downloaded a new version of Doubango, i am able to compile and it is registering with my sip server but the problem is that  i am not able to make call only i am able to receive calls. 

I have a old version of Doubango which is working fine, i am able to make and 
receive calls.

Please suggest me what i have to change in code. Do i need to change any 
setting on server site?
