What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check out codes from repository
2. build and test with ant commands
3. convert a dtd file to XML schema using Trang.jar
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
generate an XML schema file without any exception notification
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The jar file fetched from download link works fine.
