This would be a VERY useful feature. I'm trying to avoid XSD at all costs, and 
I love
working in RNC! There isn't an easy way to convert XSD at this point. Please 
add this
sooner than later!

Xerces has an API for producing an object model of an XML Schema

http://xerces.apache.org/xerces2-j/javadocs/xs/index.html

which might be a good starting point.
