application/relax-ng-compact-syntax rather than application/x-rnc #55

The media type for RNC is application/relax-ng-compact-syntax
rather than  application/x-rnc.  So, the schemaType attribute 
in NVDL, NRL, or MNS should be changed.

The current NVDL implementation supports both and gives a warning when
application/x-rnc is used:

the application/x-rnc media type is deprecated, please use
application/relax-ng-compact-syntax instead
