Intermediate Build for Trang fixes since 20081028

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. perform xsl to xsd with the right file (I have three such files)
2. throws concurrent modification exception
3. wish you had the latest build from svn which fixed the problem

This ConcurrentModificationException is a problem that was previously 
reported and fixed after the 20081028 release.

It would be nice to have this fix without going through the hell of 
performing an svn download and ant build with someone else's build. I got 
it started but it wasn't obvious enough for me to do quickly, anyway.
