Last builds not referenced from homepage #88

I see in http://code.google.com/p/jing-trang/downloads/list that Jing and
Trang exist in a version from 20090818.  But both the Google code
Jing-Trang homepage, and the Jing homepage at thaiopensource still
reference the 20081028 version.

Should those page be updated?

I just made available a new version, 20091111. I left only this as featured 
download
so the project home page will link to the latest distributions.

Only James can update the thaiopensource website.
